Breakfast Recipe: Banana Mushroom Smoothie Bowl

2 bananas (frozen work best)
Large scoop of pumpkin purée
Even larger scoop of nut butter
Dash of pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and sea salt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoons Be Well, Everyday, Sharp & Focused and Energize & Boost
Optional: Dates, maple syrup or honey

1/2 banana
Chia and hemp seeds
Coconut flakes
Pumpkin seeds

🍄 Add everything to a high-speed blender and blend for roughly one minute
🍄 Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings

*This recipe can be made into a smoothie bowl or smoothie. Add more milk for smoothie and less milk for smoothie bowl.
