Steep Into It is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do whatever we can to help locate your package, but responsibility ultimately lies with the shipping provider.

If the goods you receive are damaged for any reason, please contact us or send us an email to support@steepintoit.com.

All orders default to standard shipping option which is typically 3-7 business days depending on the order's final destination. Steep Into It is not responsible for delayed orders due to shipping carrier. Faster shipping options are available for a fee.

Steep Into It offers free, standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

Unopened and undamaged items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@steepintoit.com to initiate your return or exchange.

We will provide free return shipping for your first purchase in the event that you order the wrong product or the product is not what you expected. All subsequent purchases will require payment for return shipping.

Please note that your refund will not be processed until we receive the items at our fulfillment center, which could take 7-10 business days.

 

Refunds

Steep Into It offers a 100% money-back guarantee on our products within 30 days of purchase on your first order only. Simply email us at support@steepintoit.com, providing your receipt and order number, and we will process your refund.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time by logging in here. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there as well.
