Cordyceps Pumpkins Spice Latte

It’s officially fall which means pumpkin spice everything. 🎃

This homemade pumpkin spice latte is not only delicious, but will save you money and give you an extra energy boost!

3 tablespoons pumpkin purée
1/3 cup milk of choice
1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or preferred sweetener)
Dash of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla extract
1 cup of black coffee
1 teaspoon Energize & Boost

Add pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla to pan and heat over stovetop
Add pumpkin mixture and coffee to mug
Mix in your favorite functional mushrooms (we used cordyceps for a smooth energy boost)
