Start your with day with a ROAR! Well, Lion's Mane might not actually make you roar, but it sure can help you get the start to the day that you are looking for.

Lion's mane is our favorite mushroom to mix with coffee. The vitamin, mineral and antioxidant content of lion's mane gives you a nutritional boost to start your day, and the unique blend of beta-glucans (a type of starch that has strong nutritional properties) helps to regulate our bodies hormones to reduce the jitters and anxiety of coffee, along with helping to regulate blood sugar. This will keep you focused and alert throughout the day, minimizing or eliminating the "coffee crash".

This lion's mane latte is a unique and fun way to spice up your coffee routine. Try it at home as it only takes a few minutes. Enjoy!


8oz brewed coffee (we like Counter Culture brand!)
 ½ tsp Sharp & Focused Lion’s Mane Extract
½ cup milk of choice (we like Malk Organics Oat Milk)
Dash of cinnamon



  1. Mix brewed coffee and lion’s mane extract
  2. Heat milk on the stove to a light simmer
  3. Froth milk with hand or electric whisk
  4. Pour milk over coffee mixture
  5. Top with a dash of cinnamon
