I Did Not Get It
I don’t usually do a lot of reviews but I felt the need to share this experience for other unsuspecting customers. I placed an order through the Steep It website on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 12:15am and received the confirmation email immediately. At 9:05am I received a subsequent email stating that my order is on the way with the USPS tracking number. The order confirmation email and the order confirmation page on the website both showed that the order should take two (2) to six (6) business days to arrive. On the fifth (5th) business day I reached out to the customer service team to find out what was happening. I was then informed that, “there was an issue processing my payment. It should be resolved now, and your order will be released asap.” What issue were they having I don’t know but I responded by asking about the issue and asking what I could do to help speed up the process after noticing that the tracking details were still not updating or progressing in any way. There was no response to my follow up email so by the seventh (7th) business day with still no update or movement, I asked to have the order canceled. Definitely not bashing their product but their service could really use some improvement. Firstly, any customer would prefer to be informed as quickly as possible if there is an issue with their order. Secondly, every customer wants prompt and detailed responses with no false promises. Third and final, tell me upfront if the issue cannot be resolved so I can informatively make the decision to try another company sooner rather than later. To be fair to this company, all in all they have a good product and this would have been my third time using their mushroom powder. I just wish my first experience buying from their website didn’t go like this. I will be trying another company to be honest but I’m not saying I won’t ever come back to this company but if and when I do I’ll go back to purchasing it from Amazon as I did the two (2) previous times with no issues.

Earthy and beneficial
I tried this in the green tea, and find it overpowering to where all I taste is the earthy mushroom taste and not the green tea. So I'm going to try it in a smoothie instead where the taste can be complimented by other flavors of equal intensity. I love how easy this dissolves, and the health benefits.
